Join Sri Lankan, Harshini (Level 3 teacher) as she returns to Anawasala, situated on the Kalpitya Lagoon (North East) of Sri Lanka to teach her annual Yoga holiday.  This eight-day, eight-night holiday will including the following:

  • food and boarding

  • 6 x 2 hour asana classes in the morning

  • 8 x 2 hour restorative, pranayama classes in the early evening

  • 3 x 1 hour talk, discussion or Q&A including Ayurveda presentation

  • 4 excursion, 1 boat ride to see dolphins, 2 sea swims, 1 cooking lesson

  • airport transfers on specific flights only

  • price £1450 excludes flights and drinks
